RTTS Veteran Services
RTTS evolved out of the unmet needs of former soldiers who were released from active duty and suffer from physical or mental handicaps that no other program or organization has the sufficient to address or treat. RTTS serves individuals who have returned from the armed forces. RTTS provide veterans with: • Employable Skills Training • Financial Education • Job Development and Placement • Retention Services • Mentoring & Family Intervention • Case Management • Anger Management • Job Training • Referrals to Community Resources • Housing Assistance • Weekly Family Support Groups • Bi-weekly Addiction Services for clients & family • Addiction Services. We provide counselling referrals for clients’ families, which seeks to reduce psychological damage for those returning to their communities.
RTTS efforts are to build the best relationships between veterans and the community. In addition to making veterans a productive part of the community, which in-turn makes a better life for everyone in the community. It does not matter whether veterans were in active or non-active duty or which branch of service he or she was enlisted.
RTTS works in coordination with other agencies and organizations that have a desire to see that men and women that have served receive the services they earned.
